Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can sometimes get hectic and plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and to respect the time of our therapists, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Procedure

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. You can do so by calling our reception desk on 07387630194 or online by logging into your account at www.holisticharmonyformby.co.uk

Cancellation Fees

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee amount is 40% of the treatment value, which is paid as a deposit on booking. If you have paid in full the difference will be refunded to you within 5 working days.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate such situations with empathy and understanding.
